On Saturday, thousands of people will gather at the U.S. Capitol to give pit bull terriers – commonly referred to as Pibbles – a voice during the first everOne Million Pibble March. The event is organized by comedian Rebecca Corry (Comedy Central, King of Queens, Last Comic Standing). Corry, a Kent, Wash. native and founder of the Stand Up for Pits Foundation, has worked tirelessly to organize the event, which will be held on the West Lawn of Capitol on Saturday from 12:30 – 2 pm.
