BELOW IS A MESSAGE FROM KIRK PORTER FROM KAE-O CLOTHING (the company manufacturing the PIBBLE t-shirts and hoodies) PLEASE READ.
“Hey Everyone – let me start off by saying THANK YOU all for your amazing support for the One Million Pibble March by buying your tees and hoodies! You are all making Rebecca’s goal and mission of the march a reality! I’m here to say we received so many orders we are running WAY behind! I just want to assure everyone who placed an order that you will receive it…our timeline is realistically 10-14 days to ship the order and then the actual shipping time of no more than 5 days from then for you to receive it. We have received so many emails from you asking where orders are and that you haven’t received any sort of order confirmation. Our order system doesn’t send out order confirmations – however if your card was charged by PayPal…be assure we received it! YOU WILL received a shipment notification from the USPS when it ships – so that’s what you need to keep your eyes open for…then get excited because that means your super comfy gear is on its way! We have received several emails from people that have received their pieces and have requested a change in size. We will happily exchange them, but please be aware you will be responsible for shipping both ways. If you emailed us directly after you ordered to change sizes, we have done or best to make those corrections. For our sake please look at the size charts on the product pages to help make your decision. We’re here to make sure everyone is satisfied with their order – but every email slows us down a bit from getting your orders out. I want to end with another massive THANK YOU to you all of you for your patience and for supporting ending abuse and discrimination.”
