The Stand Up For Pits Foundation is thankful today and every day for one very special velvety rescued Pibble named Angel. Angel is the reason the SUFP Foundation and live events around the country exists. Angel inspired the One Million PIBBLE March On Washington DC where, together, we made American history. Angel, her story and stories like hers inspire current and future SUFP Foundation projects. Angel continues to change perceptions, minds and lives. She suffered horrific abuse yet has nothing but love to give and is proof that her “type” are, in fact, born inherently good and there is nothing to fear except uneducated hate filled humans. Angel has inspired people to advocate and educate and because Angel was given a chance at life many other deserving souls have gotten that same chance. Every single life matters and saving ONE can change everything.
We are thankful for all of you amazing humans who stay dedicated to being the voice of the voiceless day in and day out. Educating, advocating and volunteering whenever and however you can and supporting the efforts of this Foundation. There is much work that needs to be done but we are honored to be standing with you doing it.
