HOLY CRAAAP! The Stand Up For Pits Foundation Donation Drive raised an estimated $5000 worth of shelter supplies benefitting the Spotsylvania Animal Shelter!!!!! They received their much needed supplies yesterday and even brought out a couple of Pibbles from the shelter (the one in the pool has been there for a year and is a total love) to take some photos! One shelter staff member said “did we win the lottery?” The Baltimore Bully Crew made $2000 on their silent auction Bully Paws Rescue made over $4500 on their silent auction and merchandise sales and the SUFP Foundation will also be giving a $2000 grant to BBC and a $2100 grant to Bully Paws Rescue to further help them with high medical needs pups and allow them to rescue more. The SUFP Foundation is honored to help Pibbles and Pibble rescues around the country and we thank those of you who attended, donated shelter supplies and volunteered. We also want to thank all of you who support the SUFP Foundation by donating and buying our merchandise. These events are hugely effective and save and improve so many lives and we couldn’t be more proud of how much good these continue to do. There are a couple of adoption applications pending for a couple of the precious hippos that were there. We’ll keep you posted!! ARLINGTON VA rocks real hard.
