Here is further information on the progress of this tragic case.

This week, Stubby’s Heroes rescue in GA signed a contract so that Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta would work on the investigation. Johanna Falber has been working directly with Sgt Karla Baldini. A specific tip line for this case is now 404-577-TIPS. While there is the Dekalb County Police Dept tip line that has been shared on all of the local media pieces since the dog was discovered dead on May 20th, the Crime Stoppers tip line is a direct link to the law officials that are actually handling the case.

Crime Stoppers is a 501(c)3 and provides an organized method for confidential tips. They also have been known to add 2K to rewards on their own.

The HSUS for the state of Georgia has contributed $5k to our Stubby’s Heroes reward. The press release is here:

They have distributed reward flyers in the surrounding areas and they are planning a vigil on the anniversary of her death, June 20th.

Next week Stubby’s will launch a formal communication campaign to make sure that this case does not get forgotten.

The amount of the reward Stubby’s Heroes has collected through the fundraiser is currently at 6,526. Add the HSUS 5,000 amount for the total thus far. ‪#‎standupforpits‬ ‪#‎betheirvoice‬ ‪#‎endabuse‬
