We are so thrilled to share that Fresno Bully Rescue was able to pull these two baby hippos who’s time was up at the shelter and need medical attention because the Stand Up For Pits Foundation was able to provide them with a $1000 grant. We want to send a big shout out to Rebecca Corry of Stand Up For Pits Foundation for providing us with a $1000 medical grant today! Because of this grant we were able to rescue these two puppy siblings from a local Animal Control where they were slated to be euthanized this Monday. This grant came just in time to allow us to help these pups! These babies have mange and will need some TLC before they’ll be placed up for adoption through FBR! Lately we have had to put on hold rescuing medically needy dogs because our vet bill has been HUGE! We have had to say no to many well-deserving dogs simply due to the fact that we can’t afford to help them!
