SUFP Foundation founder/president Rebecca Corry was gifted this amazing painting done by @paintsforcharlie at Stand Up For Pits in Salt Lake City. This artist did not ask for a shout out and is not trying to piggy back a nonprofit to grow his business. This man did this piece out of the kindness of his heart and I respect that. This is a one time only painting and I wanted to thank him for his humble and compassionate heart.
Stand Up For Pits Salt Lake was a huge success! $1200.00 worth of shelter supplies were donated to the SUFP Foundation Donation Drive, $5,500.00 was raised by the participating groups and the hippos looking for homes who were at the adoption got lots of interest!
Club50 in downtown Salt Lake City created a special vegan menu for the event and could not have been more accommodating and professional. We thank them for hosting and treating the event and cause with so much respect.
Thanks to all the amazing people who came out and stood up for our inherently good dogs. We will see you next year for another sold out Stand Up For Pits!
