fullsizerender-7It is absolutely incredible how many lives the PIBBLE march changed. The stories are never ending and truly inspiring to see the work and change that has and continues to happen because of that one day in Washington DC that meant so much to so many. Below is a letter we received yesterday from Terianna DiFrancesco, who attended the PIBBLE march and since that day has went on to do great things for our dogs. We hope you take a moment to read it and find inspiration in it. #standupforpits
“May 3rd, 2014 changed my life! I attended the Million Pibble March with a fellow Pittie lover friend of mine and it lit a fire under our feet. We left D.C. that weekend so motivated by that day, we hit the ground running and we’ve been advocating strongly for Pitties, against BSL, Puppy Mills, Dog Fighting, Animal Cruelty and any other animal rights issue we feel strongly about. We aligned ourselves with some really awesome animal advocates such as Steffen and we’re never going to stop being the voice for the voiceless. Thank you Rebecca and SUFP for all you do and for putting me on a path where I can contribute to this world and make a difference verses just using oxygen. I have a purpose now and that fills my heart with such joy. Thank you!!

I have to add I am now a proud Pittie Momma. I fostered a puppy for Steffen last year and failed big time. I now have a 65 lbs. velvet hippo named Pearl, she is my pride and joy.”
