There have been hundreds of cats and dogs displaced from hurricane Harvey being housed in crates in an abandoned grocery store in Houston with nowhere to go. They are now tearing down that building and all the animals need out asap. The Rescue Train has been working on this for weeks and has chartered a plane to help get some of these animals out which is a complicated, urgent and costly effort. The Stand Up For Pits Foundation is honored to have donated the $5,000.00 needed to help make this happen and join the Lucy Pet Foundation and heroes like Lisa Beaumont to get these animals out of there.
