Met this little tank named Gatsby at Stand Up For Pits in Boston this month. He attended the adoption at the event with PittieLove Resce. Sadly, Gatsby has a bad knee and needs a TPLO (knee replacement) surgery. The SUFP Foundation is covering the cost of the procedure by providing a $3200.00 grant. TPLO’s are extremely costly, very common and never easy for many nonprofits to pay for. SUFP is thrilled we’re able to be providing this sweet soul with a new knee. He loves chasing balls and being active so we gotta get him taken care of and healed up so he can get back to partying.
We’ll provide updates and videos on his progress as I receive them from the rescue.
