The Hollywood Stand Up For Pits Foundation, Inc Donation Drive raised???$22,275.00 worth of shelter supplies!???These photos and videos are from the drop of just one of the three shelters (South LA, Lancaster and West Valley) we stocked full of supplies!! This is the largest SUFP Donation Drive we have ever had and it almost doubled what we raised last year.
There are people who talk and there are people who DO. Those DOERS got off the couch on Sunday and DID something for shelter animals in a massive way. I want to thank @butters_mcgillicuddy for donating over $3000.00 worth of Petco supplies and every single person who took the time to donate supplies on Sunday. I cannot even express my gratitude and respect for people who do the work. I’m inspired and moved by the kindness and dedication our supporters have. You guys are next level and I’m honored to stand with you all for our dogs. Because of your effort, dogs in shelters (85% pit bull “type” dogs) will get a bed, a toy and some treats and to many that will be the only act of human kindness they will ever know. Thank you all again for taking action for our animals.
Thank you Ender Sawyer for overseeing and coordinating this massive drop off to the South LA Shelter You’re a hero and we appreciate all you do. Drop off to Lancaster Shelter happens today and West Valley Shelter picked up supplies on Sunday and took them to the shelter that night.
PLEASE ALSO KEEP IN MIND… Fostering, adopting, donating, spaying and neutering is something that is needed ALL YEAR. Every day animals are being euthanized in shelters due to lack of space. Please continue to take action and encourage others to do the same.
