It is time to start gathering shelter supplies to drop of at Stand Up For Pits happening Oct 12th at the Tacoma Comedy Club!!!! These supply drives have raised hundreds of thousands of dollaras worth of supplies for shelter animals narionwide and now more than ever we need you all donating. Tacoma Stand Up For Pits Shelter Supply drives raised $53,000.00 worth of supplies over the past five years in years in Tacoma because you guys are badasses and dedicated. Now lets keep that going!!!!!
This year the two participating rescues Misspits Rescue and Northwest Wag Rescue are benefitting and so is The Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County!! Below is a list of items Tacoma Humane desperately needs.
You do NOT need a ticket to the show to drop off supplies but you are all strongly encouraged to stay for the show and support the Stand Up For Pits Foundation, Inc. We have a couple of amazing surprises to share with everyone and we will be announcing the line up soon!
We ask and expect everyone to share the supply drive posters repeatedly on your websites, mailing lists and social media. Download the poster and hand it out to people and businesses. Do whatever it takes to get the word out. The more people who know about the opportunity to help shelter animals, the more supplies will be donated. It’s as simple as that. If this is the only thing you do all year, it matters!!!!
