This sweet soul was pulled from the Lancaster Animal Care Center by a member of the public who knew she was out of time and about to be killed. She got her to a vet, took care of all the costs and allowed her to decompress in her home while trying to get her adopted. She recently found an adopter and Annie showed some reactivity to someone who came around a corner in the new building where she was. She now needs an immediate home. Annie has fears and she needs time to truly feel comfortable in her surroundings and needs to learn to trust. This could take a while but the hope is someone who has experience with a dog like Annie will step up for her. The good samaratin who saved her life is offering training and financial support. Annie’s had a tough start, but she’s learning that love and patience can change everything. With the right adopter — someone patient and ready to continue her training (she has a few reactive quirks we’re working on!) — she’ll be the most loyal, loving companion you could ask for.
