Imagine knowing your 9 year old dog is in a shelter, telling staff you will come get her and never doing it. Leaving a senior to die in a high kill shelter is sick and disgusting. Now Holly is out of time. She is our next SUFP HOPE CAMPAIGN angel. Getting Holly seen is literally her last hope. We are asking everyone to please share this sweet soul so she can make it out of the shelter alive and spend the rest of her days loved like she deserves. The Stand Up For Pits Foundation, Inc is offering a $1,000.00 Angel Grant to qualifying reputable foster home based rescues who can save her. Rescues will be expected to provide updates and receipts until Holly is adopted. Wharehousing or boarding her aint it – so don’t even try. Private adopters please contact the shelter directly ASAP if you can open your heart and home to Holly. There is a perfect human for Holly. Everyone else please share, share, share. This is URGENT. Holly came in as a stray after getting out through a loose gate. Her owner was contacted she was in the shelter, said they’d come to her and never did. In playgroup, Holly was relaxed and social with a male dog, but she was very tense and challenging with female dogs. She requires a home with male dogs only and NO SMALL DOGS. She does not like small dogs and thats okay. She doesn’t have to.
Holly is available with a health waiver due to multiple masses, and her adopter will need to follow up with a veterinarian.
