Gladys got a large hernia removed (which was caused from overbreeding) and she was finally spayed. This precious angel was used for years by deplorable humans who neglected her and threw her away away like literal garbage. Her little body has endured horrific abuse so this surgery will hopefully be the last time she will ever feel discomfort again. It’s important for people to remember dogs who have been abused and neglected and are lucky enough to get out of these hell hole shelters alive – their healing journey does not end there — it begins. Gladys has put on weight, is not longer infected and otherwise healthy so now is the time to get this done. She has been adopted by incredible humans Laura and Will and has a four legged brother she loves. Our commitment to Gladys does not end though. We pulled her knowing she needed this surgery and we are honoring that promise to her and her family. The cost for her surger was $3600.00. If you are able to throw a few bucks at it that would be greatly appreciated.
