We had concerns about Bambi’s knees since the first time we met her and when she started limping a week ago we immediately had her seen by an orthopedic surgeon. Sadly but not suprisingly, she needs a TPLO surgery.
We are happily providing an Angel Grant to cover the cost of surgery.
This is yet another ongoing reminder that the lives these poor dogs lead, the suffering and total lack of care they endure for years before being saved can and most often times lead to lifelong struggles for them physically and mentally. We hope this will be the last time sweet Bambers ever has to be uncomfortable. She deserves the rest of her days to be filled with only love, peace and joy.
