All of us fighting to end the mass killing and suffering of animals are sick and tired of LA City councilwoman, Nithya Raman’s apathy, inaction and refusal to acknowledge one of the nations largest animal cruelty cases happening in plain sight blocks from her office.
“WHY IS SHE BEING DISMISSIVE ABOUT THE RAPING AND ABUSING OF ANIMALS ON SKID ROW?”
It is quite literally Nithya’s job to care and take action but instead we are dismissed and ignored.
Dogs are being set on fire, stabbed, starved, bred, sold, confined, beaten, drugged and raped — so she visits a shelter? For the first time? This city is in a state of emergency and she has never been to a city shelter?
Dogs in shelters are laying in their own shit, piss and vomit for months on end, sick and going kennel crazy just to be killed and now she is “educating” herself?
When constituents have repeatedly spoken at city hall about the horrors happening to dogs in shelters and on the streets Nith and her council homies chit chat, talk, giggle and walk out. Nithya doesn’t get to pretend she doesn’t know what is happening. They all know exactly what’s happening and not one of them care.
There is a lawsuit against Karen Bass, LA City and all the others who condone animal suffering, killing and cruelty and she knows it. The entire nation does.
