“Cesar Millan holding up a SUFP Foundation Angel T-shirt at the premiere of his show Cesar911. Lets be honest, in my house Angel runs shit. I couldn’t be further from a pack leader or rule enforcer. That said I am an extremely responsible pet owner and I do what is best for Angel and have zero interest in debating training methods. My time and energy is best spent on trying to end death, violence and discrimination against voiceless innocent dogs. I’ve been asked to contribute a piece to be published in Cesar Millan’s new book that share’s Angel’s story and mission among other things. I have agreed and have submitted the piece and should it be published I look forward to her life and story inspiring even more people and appreciate the Millan Foundation for supporting that message and providing a massive platform for which it can be shared. The more people inspired and willing to stand up for Pibbles and take action, the more lives will be saved. That is all I care about.”-Rebecca Corry (President/founder Stand Up For Pits Foundation)
Huge thank you to Jillian Dunn, ED of the Cesar Millan Foundation for always supporting the SUFP Foundation and our mission. The Millan Foundation was the only Foundation who stood behind the PIBBLE march while other large foundations in the animal community sat on the sidelines, afraid to speak up or get behind something that had never been done. We thank you for believing and understanding new action and new thinking because that is exactly what it’s going to take if we are to ever get off the giant hamster wheel that is rescue and really end abuse, discrimination and save lives.
Attached are photos from yesterday’s Cesar 911 event where Rebecca had the pleasure of meeting Junior, Cesar’s family, Tuna and many others dedicated to Pibbles.
(The T-shirt Cesar is holding up is available at standupforpits.us and 100% of profits (after cost) from al our items go directly to the SUFP Foundation)
