Please read this article and make your voices heard. This is beyond comprehension and intolerable that law makers would attempt to legalize torture and murder.
There should not be a “loophole” to begin with. Uneducated, compassionless individuals in positions of power who use their platform for wrong must be removed from those positions as they are not protecting or serving their communities but rather putting them at risk.
