Animal abusers are a danger to all of us. They are violent and will continue to commit heinous acts against pets and eventually humans if they aren’t already doing so. Law enforcement cannot do it alone. It is up to us as members of society to work together to keep humans and pets from becoming victims of abusers and murderers. Marina del Rey is a very nice area, densely populated. Someone out there knows something. This is absolutely intolerable and this human garbage needs to be brought to justice.
