This is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Not sure these photos can clearly show just how many shelter supplies are sitting there but it is mind blowing.
Last night’s Stand Up For Pits in Baltimore set an all time record for most shelter supplies donated to the SUFP Donation Drive in the history of the events!!
A whopping $6,115.00 worth of supplies were donated and today are now helping the precious shelter animals at BARCS Animal Shelter in Baltimore.
Additionally, BARCS sold $800 worth of merchandise, received $600 in cash donations, $1580.00 from silent auction items and a $1,000.00 grant from the SUFP Foundation in Robin’s name for a grand total $3980.00.
A massive thank you to the 355 people who packed the house, to all the incredible volunteers dedicated to saving lives, the amazing women of Show Your Soft Side, the brilliant comedians who donated their time and talents, to the compassionate people who took time out of their day to drop by much needed shelter supplies and to everyone who flew in for the event and those who remain dedicated supporters of what The Stand Up For Pits Foundation does. It was an honor and privilege to work together to help and save lives in Baltimore.
Thank you to my beautiful Angel for never leaving my side on this tour and giving me the strength to continue standing up for you and all like you during this time. I will continue to keep doing the work you have inspired me and so many to do. I hope you’re happy and sitting in the sun somewhere eating vanilla ice cream. I love you so much sweet hippo. ❤️
