It is unacceptable that not one leader of the free world has ever addressed the epidemic that is dogfighting in this country or animal abuse of any kind that happens every single day, for that matter. Where there is dogfighting, there is ALWAYS other crime. Those who abuse animals make our communities unsafe for all of us and every single one of us could be next. You, your loved ones, your children could be victims of the multiple crimes associated with dogfighting and animal abuse. Dogfighting and animal abuse is EVERYONE’s problem and the fact that our leaders turn a blind eye mean they condone it. We as a society need to stand together and rise up and take matters into our own hands. Report abusers, report dogfighting, report neglect, go after law makers who support and condone discriminatory laws by sending letters, calling, marching, rallying and BEING HEARD. There are innocent, inherently good voiceless beings depending on us to take action.
