Spaying and neutering is VITAL and since pit bull type dogs make up 85% of all dogs in shelters – WE MUST MAKE THIS A PRIORITY. Preventing unwanted litters prevents dogs from being dropped at shelters by the box load every day. The dumping of dogs in this country is out if control and it has to stop.
