In fact he must be adopted into a home who has other dogs because he loves dogs that much. He has been getting training from his foster dog trainer Irange County Pit Bull Rescue for months and is doing AMAZING. Fred is young, eager to learn and has that puppy energy but as you can see he can also relax.
