The suffering and abusing of animals on Skid Row is horrifying and completely out of control. Mayor Bass condones animal cruelty and lies to the public about fake programs and efforts to end it while LA Animal Services refuses to remove abused animals and instead gives them wire crate to shove more animals in and call it “support.” These people are diabolical and no better than the abusers themselves.
