Mayor Karen Bass and Nithya Raman are paid to not allow this yet here we are day after day year after year in Los Angeles.
A dog dying of heat exposure is an excruciating death. It is a FELONY in the state of California to leave a dog in a hot car and legal for members of the public to smash the glass and take the dog, but a dog can suffer like this in plain sight, and it is allowed.
This is enraging beyond words and yet Los Angeles residents sit silently demanding nothing from their pathetic “leaders.”
