Another precious soul who will die if not tagged a Another precious soul who will die if not tagged and pulled by 12/02/22. Cowboy #A550723 cannot be adopted out to a member of the public due to an alleged bite that occurred in 2021 and of course the facts and info are limited on what and why something happened and of course humans are not held responsible for any of it. So once a again a sweet dog will die for simply being a dog unless pulled by a rescue. Please share him and consider becoming a foster. With patience, structure and a RESPONSIBLE owner he could live a long happy life and deserves to. Cowboy is a 2 year old male DOG and per staff, the dog is very people friendly but dog reactive. TRAINER ASSESSMENT PAYED FOR BY THE TURBO FUND🌈 “Cowboy is the goodest boy! He is a pint size fawn-colored pitty. He likes to hop around happily and makes the cutests snorting sounds when getting scratches. Cowboy allowed for all over pets (full body evaluation) and no resource guarding behavior was observed. Cowboy learned how to heel on a loose leash quickly and went from pulling to checking in with the trainer in 15 minutes. He was very interested in the other dog and excited at first; however, he learned to look to the trainer for guidance while on leash, and around other dog; he is very trainable. The best thing about Cowboy is that he learns well with and without treats, as he is motivated by praise and attention. Cowboy will require some additional leash work around other dogs. Note: This dog was evaluated by an experienced trainer at the shelter and may not respond the same way to other individuals under different circumstances. That being said, please SHARE and PLEDGE to help this boy get out of the shelter and find his furever home.” Cowboy deserves to live♥️ Who can help?
