Founder and President of the Stand Up For Pits Foundation, Rebecca Corry, was the first ever woman “Softie” with the amazing SHOW YOUR SOFT SIDE campaign and now she is joined by the talented, brilliant and proud Pibble mom, Kaley Cuoco Sweeting and her husband (pro tennis player) Ryan Sweeting!!  We want to send them a HUGE Congratulations!!!!  This campaign was created by an advertising executive in Baltimore Maryland after the story of two young men (brothers) had lit a baby Pitbull on fire, killing it, and were not charged with any crime.  The community was outraged as was Sandra Riessett.  Sandra decided to use her resources and DO something about it.  She created a campaign with a clear and simple message that until last year only included men.  Those men included; pro football, baseball, hockey and basketball players.  Pro boxers, MMA fighters, rock stars, race car drivers and actors.  This campaign’s goal was to show young men that hurting an animal is in fact, the opposite of being a real man or tough guy but instead makes you a weak animal abusing PUNK.  Showing young men (and women now) public figures they admire taking a stand against animal abuse is invaluable as many of these young people have zero examples at home to teach them.

WE ARE SO PROUD of KALEY and RYAN and all the “Softies” for being the voice of the voiceless and donating their time to do something about it.  To learn more about this campaign to see the powerful roster of amazing “Softie’s” go to showyoursoftside.org.
